Acer 100 GB promotion not applied — account only has 2 GB

Question

Hello,

My Acer laptop displayed an Acer Jumpstart offer for 100 GB of Dropbox storage free for one year.

I created my Dropbox account through the offer shown on my Acer laptop. However, after creating the account, my Dropbox Basic account only received 2 GB of storage, and the 100 GB Acer promotion was not applied.

I have already signed out and signed back into the Dropbox desktop application on the same Acer laptop, but the account still shows only 2 GB.

I also checked the bonus section of my Dropbox account, and the Acer promotion does not appear there.

I have attached screenshots showing:

* The original Acer Jumpstart offer for 100 GB free for one year;
* My Dropbox account showing only 2 GB of storage;
* The bonus section showing that the Acer promotion was not applied.

Could you please check whether the Acer promotion was correctly associated with my device/account and help me redeem the 100 GB promotional storage?

I checked the article and the redemption steps. The 100 GB Dropbox offer for 12 months was shown to me directly through Acer Jumpstart on my Acer laptop. I followed the offer from there and signed in to Dropbox, but my account still only shows the 2 GB included with Dropbox Basic instead of the additional 100 GB.

As far as I can tell, the promotion was never successfully applied to my account. Could you please investigate this for me and see what happened?

Can you please take a look at this article and let me know if all the appropriate steps were followed to redeem the offer and if there's a possible reason you might not be eligible?

If everything looks good on your end, I'll happily investigate this to see what we can do.
