Clip Studio files are not showing thumbnails in the Dropbox folder on Windows 11

I just installed the newest version of Dropbox to my laptop to test if this works before buying 3TB and in synced (and locally saved) Dropbox folder the .clip files are missing thumbnail view.

If I copy the same file to my desktop or any other folder outside of Dropbox, thumbnail shows correctly. If I copy it back to Dropbox folder, thumbnail goes missing.

Like said, the folder is set to offline use and stores a local copy.

Can you please hover over the Dropbox icon in your system tray with your mouse, and let me know exactly what you see?

Are the files in question set to "available offline" or to "online-only" in your Dropbox folder?

If they're available offline, please switch them to online-only and let me know if the thumbnails appear.

Then switch them back to available offline and let me know what happens.

On my post I write twice that files are synced and also locally saved for offline use and you really had to ask are the files set to "available offline". What do you think? Take an educated guess.

No need to answer, after reading your initial answer I don't believe you can help or have knowledge on this matter

Hey @Giormio!

I'd like to help you get to the bottom of this if you're still facing the same issue. Do you notice this behavior only with .clip files? I'd like to know if the issue remains once you set the files to online-only.

To help me troubleshoot, could you please share the Dropbox app version, and its current syncing status? You can find this information by hovering your mouse over the Dropbox icon in your taskbar (next to your Wi-Fi icon).

I'd love to have a visual of what you described so if you have any screenshots feel free to send them over.
