I was quite happily using a file and updating it. Now when I log in a bunch of old files comes up, but not the one that I really need.

What kind of file were you updating, and were you doing it from your computer or mobile device, or via the Dropbox site itself?
Do you see any version history on the file itself when viewing from the website?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
