I am getting this error on the iPhone Dropbox app. What do I do about it?
To clear your cache, follow these steps on iOS:
1. Open the Dropbox iOS app.
2. Tap the account icon (person) in the bottom right.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
4. Scroll down and tap Clear cache.
5. Tap Clear cache again.
Once you’ve cleared the cache, log out of the Dropbox app, restart your device, then log back in.
As for using a web browser, yes, Safari would do along with the rest of the supported browsers.

Can you please let me know if you're getting the same error if you use a web browser to do this instead of the Dropbox mobile app?
Have you tried clearing the app's cache and/or restarting your device since you first noticed this?
If you did and this persists, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the error you're getting so that we can have a visual too.
