Where do I start? I have a list of problems, bugs, and useless "customer support".
I have had Dropbox for years no real problems so figured I'd try Dropbox Fax. It's been a nightmare!
First, I was overcharged for my subscription and the fax gives me nothing but ERRORS repeatedly!
Second, I cant get a HUMAN to help me to save my life.
Third, every help link redirects into the same generic AI Dropbox chat where I get the same canned, copy-paste replies over and over.
Fourth, that useless AI chat tells me they'll forward my issue to some team who will then comtact me via email.
But they don't.
I get more copy-pasted messages just in emails this time.
I have like 30 copies of the same email from you people, saying EXACTLY the same things.
NOTHING about fixing my problem, canceling Dropbox Fax, or refunding my worthless subscription!
Fifth, I figure I'll try to find a human here in community, but here it tells me to verify my email.
Then the verification email link sends me to a webpage that says I still need to verify my email.
So I click the link to resend yet another verification email like the one I JUST USED.
And a box pops up saying it CAN'T verify my email.
Then another message pops up saying I'm verified.
(Let me guess, management laid off all the human customer service reps and web developers and left us with just AI SLOP!
I want a REFUND. I want my DROPBOX FAX (only!) acct CANCELED. I want it TODAY. Because this is a massive waste of time.
