At the bottom left of the Dropbox web UI there is a notification urging me to "Get started with Dropbox" by doing various things. I also received an email message from Dropbox saying "You have pending action items", which I assume will recur as long as that's the case.
I do not want to do those things. Not because I am lazy (though I am) or because I don't need to do them (which I don't) but because they are all things that will disturb other team members. I'm pretty sure that if I upload something to a team folder then everyone else who has that folder on their machine will get a notification. Likewise if I make a new team folder. Doubly so if I explicitly share something with one of them.
Dropbox is trying to force me to annoy my coworkers.
Is there, please, some way to make this thing go away?
