I have an issue with my storage with regards to a lot of data and it's not something I can share on the public platform. I need to speak to someone. I upgraded my plan, it didn't get upgraded.

If you've already been charged for a paid plan, is it possible that it's tied to another Dropbox account (under a different email address), and not the one you're currently signed in to? Finally, besides the matter with your upgrade, do you have any other issues when it comes to your storage space? Let me know, and I'll be happy to further help.
