I need to cancel the subscription for an account I no longer use

Question

currently being billed for an account I no longer use. Was included in a department wide account for a company I no longer do business with.  they are currently on hiatus and I cannot anyone who would be able to help.  Would like to disconnect my bank from this account.  Help, please

I'll agree with Mark here, the best thing you can do is reach out to our support team, as long as you have access to the billing info associated with the subscription.

To reach out to support, make sure to use this link from a private browsing window, without logging in to your Dropbox account.

You need to give them the information you have - i.e. the email address that was linked to the account as a minimum.

It seems there is no way to initiate service without sufficient information regarding the account.  Dropbox seems invested in making difficult.  I just want the billing to cease
