Hello. I need help recovering access to our family Dropbox account. I recently closed the email address registered to the Dropbox account, and I am now unable to log in because Dropbox sends a verification code to that address which no longer exists. I am the account holder and can confirm any details needed. I am not trying to create a new account — I simply need help either changing the email address on the existing account, or verifying my identity another way so I can regain access.
