I'm trying to use the MCP site, but https://mcp.dropbox.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource is 429ing from any IP that I hit it from.

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

I sometimes have ZScalar running, but it is not right now and I'm still getting the same error. I've also tried on my phone and I also get a 429 even on wireless. Other people on my team have also reported that they always get a 429.
