I'm constantly getting out of space messages

As described at English | The Dropbox Community except now these notifications are coming up every couple of minutes after I dismiss them. This is insane and unworkable. I have 500MB free; that’s more than plenty. I’m nowhere near running out of space.

Something’s got to change.

Can you send me a screenshot of one of those notifications? Just make sure to hide any personal info before uploading the screenshot.

These are coming in literally every minute, as you can tell by the timestamps of the two images above (I have several more spaced about a minute apart if you’d like them).

Is this happening on a different browser, as well? Just so that we can isolate the issue further and see if that makes any difference.

You can also test this via incognito mode.

HI @Calion, have you tried clicking the notification icon within the Dropbox desktop application itself via the menu bar, and marking the notification as read?

There doesn’t seem to be any such thing. There were older, similar notifications, but the new ones don’t appear in the app notifications.

Could you check to see if you can disable notifications for low quota or space from the Dropbox site directly to see if this helps?

I've had it like this for a very long time, in order to try to get these notifications to stop to begin with.
