I've downgraded from Plus to Basic (basically semi-retired and don't need all of the space) and Dropbox is telling me I'm using 708gb of my 2gb space.
I expected this to happen 2 months ago when I switched and things were sitting in a deleted folder on DB waiting to be erased, but there are no backups of hard drives anywhere going on and nothing being uploaded now.
The only files I can find both on my Mac and on the DB website come to a grand total of 93mb, and no syncing going on because of the limit restriction.
I've searched everywhere I can think of - including in that online deleted files folder - and can't see any files anywhere, only the 93mb I have trying to sync.
Any thoughts on where else I could look to delete anything? It's no great hassle, just annoying having the popup every day asking me to delete files or upgrade.
Thanks everyone.
