I can't generate links because I keep getting a phishing error message

I can't generate sharing links because I keep getting a phishing error.

I've gone through the entire folder to try and identify which file is the error and every single one keeps giving the same message. This is content I uploaded to the folder so I can't understand why this is happening.

When a ban such as this occurs, it affects all links on your account, and not just the one file that could be causing the issue. You'll need to contact Support directly.

Have you already checked this article to see if any of the files you're trying to share, or have already shared breaches the Terms of Service? Also please also take a look here for more info.

Thanks Megan - I have looked at the articles and the error message says it's a phishing error but I can't identify which file as all of them are showing up with the same error. I haven't received an email about this from you yet but look forward to getting your help to resolve this. Thanks
