Upload limit for file requests on the Plus account

I just upgraded my account to the Plus today and was hoping to use it for video editing business. I am trying to get the ability to upload roughly 20gb video files, which from what I can see the plus account should be able to do easily. However, when i created the file request link and used it on another browser signed into another account and tried to upload a video file, I keep getting the 2gb upload restriction.

I've GPTed it and tried to use the built in AI on Dropbox but i just cant figure it out.

Any help would be really appreciated.

also, using chrome on a 1 gig fiber ethernet connection.

Hey @Dylansuns - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!

Quoting from the relevant help center article, Dropbox Basic, Plus, and Family customers can request files up to 2 GB.

For files larger than 2 GB, you can consider using a shared link instead, assuming your collaborators have the needed quota on their Dropbox accounts, if they're using one.
