Yes, it was an email sent by Dropbox. I’ve emailed them for this but there’s no reply as yet.

Have you clicked on the "one-year subscription" hyperlink in the email at all? It should take you to the promo page.
There’s no code in the link. I had tried clicking the link and it asked me to create a new account. I asked have and want to apply the code.

I’m aware of this. I was trying never but nothing went through. I tried contacting support but didn’t get any. So I’m checking here if something can be done.

I very much doubt something can be done so late after the promotion closed.
You could try contacting 1Password direct?
