In the name of GOD, please tell me how to remove Dropbox completely from my Mac!

Thank you for your assistance. While the concepts you supplied were correct, the specifics weren't accurate. For example, the directions tell me to click on my icon in the lower left corner and click quit. The icon is in the upper RT corner (no big deal) but there is NOT an option to QUIT. I had to figure it out on my own, but I believe the problem has been resolved.

In order to uninstall the Dropbox desktop app from your Mac you can follow these steps.
That should remove the app from your device. Once this happens you're free to delete your local Dropbox folder, and any content you no longer need.
