Can I access my old Dropbox account on my new PC?

I have a new Dell All-in-One PC to replace my prior that is no longer supported by Microsoft. It comes with basic Dropbox. My prior PC had Dropbox with more capacity than my new one. New capacity limits prevent me from transferring my old Dropbox storage to my new machine. I thought I might be able to access my old Dropbox account on my new machine and access files that way but I can't figure out how. Is there some way I can merge the two Dropbox versions so that I have access to the Dropbox capacity and files that I had on my old PC?

Hi @rhuling951, thanks for providing these details.

Are you using the same email address you used when you logged into the Dropbox account on your old machine?

Could you check to ensure the correct account is logged in on the desktop app using these steps?
