Opening files from Ebay shows generic thumbnails

I use to Dropbox to get photos from multiple iphones to a MacBook for Ebay listings. Always been easy until a few days ago when I try to open the files from Ebay. Just shows generic thumbnails with 0kb size on Ebay in Dropbox file, but they show up perfectly in Dropbox. If I right click them and make available offline, they will often show up after 20-30 min.

Hey @DerekeAshe - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please walk me through the steps you take to do this and send me a screenshot of the problem so that I can have a visual too?

Also, you mentioned making the files available offline so I imagine that you're using the Dropbox desktop app on your Mac OS device - is that right?

If that's so, can you let me know the app's status and version as shown in your menu bar?
