macOS Tahoe 26.0.1
Question:—
My account has 2.01 TB of storage - can I expect to be able to use more than 600 GB of storage?
Two years ago I ran into a problem when trying to store more than 600 GB and was advised by a member of the Dropbox Help Team to keep within that limit for an optimum performance.
I am now planning to transfer my current Dropbox folder containing less than 600 GB to a new Seagate Ultra Touch HDD. and run Dropbox from there on my new iMac. As my account has 2.01 TB of storage is there any reason why I should not be able to exceed the 600 GB limit I have been adhering to?
I want to be able to get the full benefit of my 2.01 TB account but am concerned that if I try I will encounter the same problem I had two years ago - i.e. Dropbox updating interminably.
Please advise,
Norman Fellows
