Some time ago I ran out of space on my free dropbox account - I don't use it much - so I deleted stuff, but the message came up the same every day. I thought it might need some time to be brought up to date but I have now deleted everything & I'm still getting the message that I am using 2.8gb!
When I log in there are no files, no deleted files, no pictures, no shared files nothing! But it still says it's full. Surely it shouldn't be this hard to empty your dropbox or are they just trying to get me to upgrade?
Is my only option to delete the whole account and start again?
