Hi Megan I having similar issue where my dropbox account could not share the links due to "Sharing was suspended due to a violation of Dropbox's Terms of Service".

Hi,I have the exact same problem. May I also get help?I definitely have not hit bandwidth/sharing/download limits. I don't think any files contain malware and I don't think any infringe on copyright. The email on my profile is correct.

No, I haven't received any email from Dropbox.
I checked my shared links and no issues with any of them. I have also now deleted all the share permissions and tried again, but still broken.
Are you creating a normal shared link or folder on your account, or are you using the Dropbox API to create a shared link?
Just trying to share a single file from the normal web interface.
