Temporary ban not lifted after 24 hours like it said it would be

I got this email the other day:

Hi Hamish,

Your sharing activity has been suspended for 24 hours due to issues with one of your files.

Your links won't work during this time, and you won't be able to create new ones. If you think this was done in error, you can restore your sharing now:

I saw it later, 24 hours after it came through, but the links still had issues and I tried to unban myself, but it said this:

Unable to unban account

There was a problem. Please contact support for further assistance with removing your temporary ban.

And I ended up on this forum. Could someone please help me figure out what the issue is, and how I can resolve it?

Could you attach a screenshot showing this error message you're receiving when creating a new shared link on your account?

Hmm, it seems to be fine now when accessing link - I clicked the restore sharing button in the email to get the error I saw earlier (second quote block in original post). Maybe it's already restored, and just got confused since I clicked it after it was restored?
