I thought all of my iCloud photos had been moved to my Dropbox folders. Now I realize not all photos transferred. I stupidly removed photos from iCloud and now I cannot retrieve them because it has been more than a month. Any suggestions??

Just so we are on same page here is the issue that you moved from iCloud to Dropbox but they didn't all transfer from iCloud correctly?
If so you need to speak to Apple support to see if they can help.
If you moved them on a computer have you checked to see if they are in the Dropbox folder but maybe haven't sync'd to Dropbox?
