I'm currently unable to sync several video files (approx 120GB) locally due to dropbox thinking it has no space, even though I see over 800GB of available space on my drive. I'm on a teams account and have tried to show hidden files to find my dropbox cache file but haven't been able to find it to determine if that's why dropbox is confused.
See attached screenshots for reference and system info. I need to sync large size files due to my work as a video editor and this is a serious impediment to my workflow at the moment so any support would be greatly appreciated.
