I have not Ben able to create a transfer on my pc running windows 11 for months. When I right click on the folder then click send copy the create transfer window pops up as usual but when I click it the Dropbox logo just spins and spins and the progress stays at 0%. I am a photographer and this is how I send my photos. I can't get any response from Dropbox and renewal is coming up on 12.22.24 and needless to say if I can't get this resolved I will not be renewing. I know I'm just one little customer and won't make a bit of difference to Dropbox but I won't throw away my money on a product I can't use or a business or service with 0 support!
