What kind of document are you trying to highlight?

If it's a PDF, you won't be able to highlight it through the Dropbox mobile app; you can, however, do so on our website.

Hi Hannah the click+ create does not appear under the search bar.
When I open the pdf the edit button is not live!

I just tried on my end, and it seems to work. Would you mind trying through an entirely different browser to see if you notice the same behavior?
