This is Thenmozhi Murthi. I have been experiencing a lot issues with both subscribed and unsubscribed versions of dropbox account. For the past 2 years, I had subscribed version of dropbox and experienced the following issues
- multiple accounts were created with all my email accounts (2 icloud, 3 gmail)
- files uploaded from my ipad or iphone is saving a copy in the device and bloating the device storage space
- upload speed is 1/10th (with wired ethernet) of the actual internet speed
- Had reported the storage and bandwidth issue to Dropbox support. Shared many screenshots and videos. But no fruitful response. It was total waste of time.
- deleting a dropbox account is a nightmare (esp. with icloud email). Tried to delete my dropbox account before deleting one of my icloud account. But ran into error. Finally, i deleted icloud account which was in trouble.
- I gave up on the subscription and no longer have a subscribed version of dropbox. For my privacy reasons, I would like to delete my free version of dropbox but again running into error when i tried to delete my account.
Can anyone help me in advising how to delete my account successfully?

P.S: Had used dropbox in the past. But the service and support were worst in the past 2 years
