The device is blocked when connecting iPhone with my PC.

When I connect my iPhone to the PC the synchronization doesn't start and I get this message "The device is blocked
Dropbox could not import photos because Apple iPhone may be blocked. Unlock it and try again."
My Dropbox plan is the 3TB one and I have about 15 thousand photos on my phone (I don't know if this info will be useful)
Please help me

I tried the method of his colleague Walter but nothing, this doesn't work either! I try and try again but nothing works... among other things I had already previously given the authorization

Could you reboot your computer, unplug and re-plug the iPhone after restarting it as well and let us know if you still get the same error @PORRITA?

If you do, we'd appreciate a screenshot too.

Good morning @Walter, I have tried restarting my PC and iPhone several times... I have also tried pairing them several times but nothing seems to work...
It may be that it does this because my iPhone doesn't have much internal space to 'turn'
