Is there a way to contact HR for tech difficulties for applicants?
Hey @savedthroughfaith01, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Can you let us know exactly what you're having an issue with?
Do you have any questions?
Let me know.
Hey @savedthroughfaith01, sorry to jump in here!
Could you let me know the exact application you're having trouble with?
I am having the same issue as described here with a job posting: https://jobs.dropbox.com/listing/5379657
(Principal Product Manager, Search)
When I submit it appears that the "Employment" Header title is a required field, but it's just a label, no input field, so there's no way to remediate this and actually submit the application page successfully. I've included a screenshot of the red error message text and the asterisk showing this section header is somehow a required field. All other required fields are confirmed to be filled in and marked with a green check icon.
Please advise when this is resolved so that I may attempt to resubmit. Thank you.
This is also occurring on https://jobs.dropbox.com/listing/6073415/apply
Hey @eu84! Do you see the exact same thing on another browser and/or even incognito mode on your current browser?
I am using Chrome when it fails, I am unable to try it on other browsers and incognito mode because I don't want to submit multiple applications - are you able to submit a test application to test those questions? Thanks
@eu84, you don’t need to submit the application via a different browser. I’d just like to check if the “Employment” field still appears as a header no matter the browser you’re using.
Yes, it still appears as a header in the Edge browser, as well.

Keep in mind that both Chrome and Edge are essentially the same browser. They're both built on Chromium, so if you have a web page error in one of them, there's a good chance you'll have it in the other as well, as they both render pages the same way.

This appears to be an issue with how the page is rendering in those browsers. There is no input field. What you should be seeing is a link below Employment which says Add Another that, when clicked, expands a series of fields for entering employment information.
This is how it appears with Firefox:
