I can access my files on the mobile app, but not my PC

I'm able to view my Dropbox folders and files on my cell phone. Unable to view folders and files (other than 2 videos) on my pc. One of the key purposes of dropbox is storing and accessing data, right? Not sure why I'm having this problem. Hmm Appreciate any support you might be able to offer.

You are almost certainly using 2 different accounts OR Dropbox isnt running on your computer.

A simple way to test that is to add a file on your mobile - does it appear on the computer and same other way.
