Can I redeem an Adobe Creative Cloud offer if I already have a Dropbox Plus subscription?

I currently subscribe to Dropbox plus, paying monthly.

I just discovered that those with an Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription get 50% off.

How do I arrange my subscription to take advantage of this discount?

This second redeem takes me to my "Manage Account" page, with a message that tells me: "You're already on Dropbox Plus".

It's likely that the offer can't be applied to existing subscriptions. If that's the case and you're close to your renewal period for Dropbox, you could cancel the subscription, allow it to downgrade at your renewal date, and then try to redeem the offer.
