I get an error message when I attempt to log onto drop box. dropbox.com/home; Can someone advise?
Hey @dixiegirl, we did have an issue with our website showing a 500 error when trying several things, but it has since been resolved.
If you're still experiencing this issue, try a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps.
Our company's files have disappeared out of nowhere! I'm not finding anyone else with the same issue, but every now and then when I refresh the dropbox page, it shows an error 500. Is anyone else out there having problems?We can't see the files on the dropbox app, nor dropbox website. We have too many important files there.

Hello- I have none of those items listed. I was using dropbox all week and last night without an issue. In all honesty- I don't know how to check for any of these issues.
