Capture - Super Slow on M1 MacBook Air

As a first step, would you mind clarifying the OS you're using on your MacBook Air?

Also, do you notice this behavior with every single recording? Have you tried uninstalling Capture, and then re-installing it at all since you first noticed it?

thanks for getting back to me. Here is my config:

And yes, unfortunately I experience that issue every time I start the app and every time I record a video.

I have also uninstalled + then reinstalled Dropbox Capture as per your advice, but the problem is still there is makes the app actually unusable. Very sad, as I was hoping to have an alternative for Loom.

Hey @NiFu, before I send you an email and assuming that you're also using the Capture app, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, to see if that helps?
