I have referred total 7 people to sign up for dropbox. But only for 4 people I got 500mb each. For others it is showing "waiting for install".
What should I do?

The message you see there means that these people you referred to use Dropbox haven't installed the desktop app yet.
You can ask them to download and install the desktop app on their computers to receive your referral space.

Just as a reminder. They have to install on a unique desktop (or laptop) computer. Mobile devices wont count.
Actually, previously mobile devices were counted, that's why I am confused.

Dropbox has never counted mobile devices for referrals. It has always required the install of the desktop application on a unique computer.
