I am hoping to find a way to offload the 20k images on my phone to have space on my phone. Is there a way to move all the photos to dropbox? AND be able to easily access them in Photos app?Is there a way to integrate the two?

You can use the Camera Uploads feature to automatically upload the photos and videos on your phone to Dropbox. Once uploaded, you can delete them from your phone and you would access them in the Dropbox app; not the Photos app.
