I've recently left my job and I am in the midst of transferring some of my creative work from my employers business dropbox to my personal dropbox. I read in the community that I should create a shared folder between the business acc and my personal acc, and then copy into the shared folders the items that I want to transfer into my personal. I spent this morning doing this, however I've recently noticed that all of the folders I've copied across are greyed out on the web (both on chrome and safari). What does this mean? How do I know if they have synced correctly (or are currently still syncing) or whether they are greyed out because they've become corrupt / deleted? I want to ensure I have access to my art files before I am taken off of the business account. Please help !
