I did a video on my Samsung S22 cell and it worked fine. Uploaded to FB and it was working fine for a while. Now is is distorted and blurry. How can I fix it on my laptop? It is now on my laptop as well and still distorted.

If you download the file from Dropbox to your device and play it there, does it play correctly?
If I move it from Dropbox onto my device, it is still distorted. Subjects became shorter and fatter and video blurry. Can't figure out how that happened nor how to correct it.

The video is distorted on everything I have tried. Even dropbox.

Did you perhaps use the Facebook data transfer tool to upload your video from your Facebook account to Dropbox?
When you uploaded this video for the first time to your Dropbox account, was it previewing properly?
I did the video on my phone a few years ago and I did post it to Facebook. Recently it came up and one of the friends in the video sent it to me and it was distorted. I tried all I could think of to try to get it to go back to original, but nothing worked. I put it here on Dropbox and it is still distorted and I don't know how to fix it. Or if it can be fixed.
HI @BG2017, there may be some other apps or services that might be able to assist on this matter. Dropbox doesn't have any specialist apps to assist with distorted videos.
