I can't convert a document to PDF through Dropbox

So I have tried everything. I have a document in Dropbox that I need to convert to PDF. nothing is working. Help
And yes I tried hovering and no. No help

Have you clicked on the three ...'s as the help doc says?

When I press the three buttons it’s not there. I even updated my plan for drop box and it still wasn’t there. Got frustrated with it. Went back to just basic plan and had the stuff I needed mailed to me the old fashioned way. US mail

Does the issue persist after clearing your browser's cache or on another browser?

If it does, could you please clarify the file's type and size for us?
