In the settings it is not possible to change the date format.The date format is not changed to DD/MM/YYYY

You can see them on the files page when list view is enabled.

As I mentioned previously, this date is only for viewing files on the website. It doesn't rename files for you. This is where you'll see the date format.
Could you clarify where exactly you're expecting to see the filenames?
