Access after upgrade. Our team has been using Basic for a number of years without problems other than occasionally approaching the storage space limit. After diagnosing and resolving another such problem last week, we upgraded to Family, going from 2GB (actually 2.8GB) to 2TB. I am the administrator, and Dropbox indicates the account storage (my account or plan account? ... I don't know) is indeed 2TB. However, it seems the four others on the team who have access still show 2GB storage. How do we resolve this? Do I need to add or invite the other team members into the Family Plan? If so, what happens to the Basic Plan we all were members of?
