Storage size on app different from desktop

Hello,

I have the family plan. On the browser, it shows that I have 181.77 MB of 2 TB space available. However on the desktop app it's showing that I only have 57.7GB available. I am not being able to download more than that 57.7 GM on desktop app. How do I fix this?

Hi there @walimahmud, sotty to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you send us a screenshot of what you see on your desktop so that we can make sure we're  on the same page?

While we're at it,  please include the desktop app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray/menu bar as well.
