Can't Get Past Dropbox Ad

Question

I've got a free account. Someone sent me a link to share a file with me. When I click on a link all I get is a Dropbox ad giving me upgrade options. Here is the URL for what comes up:

Note the "out-of-space" But the page says "131.47 MB of 2.5 GB used"

How do I get past the ad? I cannot get to the file the person wants to share with me.

They seem to have shared with you a shared link with edit rights and to be able to do this you'd need to add the file to your account. If you don't have enough quota to store the file in your Dropbox account, it's normal that you get this message.

Could you maybe ask them to share the file with view only rights from their end?
