Child Item

Changes made in a shared excel document are only saved locally but cannot be seen by others.

Hi!

I have just bought a new MacBook Air and have a new problem using my Dropbox. My siblings and I share an excel file that we all regularly make changes in. I have never had this problem before with my old MacBook Pro but with this new laptop, my changes are saved to my MacBook but cannot be seen by my siblings. Any suggestions how I can solve this problem?

Is Dropbox running? Did you install it and if so has it got errors etc.? What does it say if you mouse over its icon on the status bar?
