I've never used dropbox and now it says its full and need to upgrade. So i presume the app came with my new laptop, last year. Now that i need it for uni its says its full, but there is no content anywhere. HELP!

Is it possible that you have a computer backup or external drive backup running on your account?

That's right, you can disable your external drive backup, and this will delete it from the account, freeing up the space.

This won't affect the actual external drive connected to your computer.
