After finding an audio file in my dropbox backup (online) I tried to download it to my local drive....click on download button...NOTHING HAPPENS?
Am I doing something wrong?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Just tried using Crome (instead of Safari) - same issue. i click on the download button but it doesn't download. See attached screenshot
How large is the file you're trying to download?

Also, did you by any chance tried an incognito tab on your browser too?
Can you also check if your browser is updated to the latest version?
