We used to be able to scan a file and have it emailed directly into a DB folder. We are no longer able to do so, can anyone assist with setting this up?

While Dropbox does have an option to receive files via email, the scanning function you mentioned isn't a Dropbox feature. If this was something you were doing on a physical scanner then you're were likely using a feature built-in to that device. If that's the case, you should reach out to the device manufacturer for support.
