Hi my name is Victor, iam from Ukraine and have been using dropbox for about 10 years. Now there is a war in my country, me and my family, we were forced to flee. Unfortunately, I am now left without income, and I have to feed a family of 3 children. My question is related to whether there are any benefits in the dropbox system for refugees from Ukraine. Unfortunately I can't pay right now my accoun Dropbox Family. System canceled my Dropbox Family subscription on February 28, 2022. Renew cost $203.88 per year. Is there any possibility of any benefits now, discounts or deferred payment? I love Dropbox services, and suffer from restrictions in Basic account. Im wait for answer. Sincerely, Victor. I received an email from Dropbox stating my subscription was free of charge for six months since we are in Ukraine, but yesterday I was asked to pay the bill, and since we can't absolutely spend money for it, we have nothing at the moment, we were downgraded and have issues now.

Hello. I am dropbox customer from Ukraine and 08.30.22 I've received email regarding "payment relief for all customers based in Ukraine for up to six months" and that i am qualified for this program.
On 23.09.22 I've got an email regarding my account been downgraded.
Can you please tell me if my account is still qualified for that payment relief program or it has been cancelled?
