I have in the past been able to right click a file or folder and get the option to "Copy Dropbox Link". As of about a week ago, that option stopped showing up. How do I get it back?

I also have the same issue. Since resetting my dropbox password a week ago (the account got hacked), I can no longer see the 'Copy dropbox link' when I right click a folder on my desktop app. I am running a Mac and have done all of the things sufgested so far (unlink, relink account, reinstall dropbox, relaunch finder app, restart computer, unsync and resync folder in preferences, etc, etc.). Can you give me any otehr possibles solutions? Having to go into the web dropbox is time consuming inorder to share multiple files and folders.

Is Finder Integration enabled?
Yes - Finder Integration is enabled for Dropbox

This is a problem for me too. I can see the icon on my mac but just can't see the 'copy link' option anymore. This is so frustrating. How can I get it back?
Hey there @MarthaBryce, sorry to hear that you're also having trouble with this.
As a first step, could you try quitting the desktop app and refreshing Finder?
More specifically, to do this:
If that doesn't do the trick, could you please send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of what your Dropbox icon shows when you hover over it?

Just to make sure we're troubleshooting the right thing here, could you get me the desktop app's exact status as shown within your computer's system tray/menu bar?
If it's not running, you'll need to re-launch it or even re-install it Diana.

Hi, Yes, I've been contacted by someone from Dropbox Support called Jackie, I sent a few screenshots and the problem got fixed.
It's worth sending them an email and get in contact with them directly.<support@dropbox.zendesk.com> - their email address.

Thank you for being in touch regarding our dropbox isues (and apologies for the slow repsonse).
We are still having the dame issue on 2 of our company computers - 'Copy Dropbox Link' not showing up on the desktop folder.
A screenshot of the info that displays when I hover my mouse over the app icon is below.
