We have installed dropbox into my sons pc with my reference…but hes ineligible for some reason, most probably we are using same network at home.
this is a completely legitimate new user (my son ) who signed up on his own physical computer, but it was flagged because his device was connected to our shared family Wi-Fi network…Please lets resolve the issue. thank you. regards.
