Acer 100 GB promotion app download error and promotional space not showing

Hi Dropbox Community,

I purchased a new Acer Nitro V 15 laptop yesterday. It came with the Dropbox Promotion app preinstalled, but it repeatedly shows the error: “We failed to download Dropbox.”

I downloaded Dropbox separately from the official website and signed in, but my account still shows only 2 GB.

Could anyone help me fix the promotion app and redeem the advertised 100 GB offer, if my device is eligible?
